We are in search of a skilled Billing Clerk to join our team in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be tasked with the critical job functions of reviewing and processing billing information, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role is pivotal in the industry of finance and accounting and contributes significantly to the smooth operation of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Keep customer credit records current and accurate.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.

• Manage all billing

• Prepare invoices for customers

• Utilize Microsoft Office

• Maintain accounts receivable

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory

• Demonstrated ability to perform Computerized Billing

• Familiarity with various Accounting Functions is required

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

• Must be capable of handling all Billing Functions effectively

• Good communication and interpersonal skills are needed

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or accounting is preferred.
