Standards of Quality & Accuracy to Every Order, Every Time.
Standards of Cleanliness while Working and Maintaining Equipment, Cooking, Prep & Dining Areas.
Standards of Ensuring Paper Goods, Ingredients, Utensils, and Supplies are Organized, Well Stocked, and Crew are Positioned as Scheduled.
Standards of Basic Adherence to Professionalism, Policies, Schedule Compliance, Appearance, and Teamwork.
THE BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GENERAL MANAGER INCLUDE:
Ensuring Safety & Profitability while adhering to the Glaser Group's Business Plan.
Producing Manager Schedules, Requests/Punches & Approvals.
Submit Daily & Weekly Deposits, Payroll & Safe Accountability & Audits.
Working with the Kitchen Dept Manager on these Initiatives:
o Food Safety Checks & Calibrations
o Operating Supply Inventory & Ordering
o Monitor Kitchen Operational Metrics and Targets
- Work with the Guest Service Manager on these Initiatives:
o Hospitality Standards & Overall Guest Satisfaction
o POP and Signage
o Monitor Operational Metrics and Targets
- Work with the People Department Manager on these Initiatives:
o Ongoing Team Training
o Team Promotions, Recognition & Turnover
o Team Schedules
- The General Manager will report to directly the Area Supervisor.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR A GENERAL MANAGER SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
McDonald’s Managerial experience, or other quick service restaurant equivalent.
Bilingual, with a strong ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish is a Major plus.
Basic knowledge and application of computer skills.
The General Manager should be available to work an average of 45-48 hours a week.
o Includes a mix of dayparts to address restaurant needs.
o Includes 2 Sundays
o Includes 2 Fridays
o Includes 2 Closings
