Delta Power Group, Inc (KATY, Texas) Seeks 39 F/T Temp. Door-to-Door Sales Representatives: 04/01/2025 - 10/1/2025. 50 hours/week, 1:00pm-9:00pm (Monday-Friday); 11:00am-9:00pm (Saturday). Hours/work schedule may vary. $24.51/hour (OT/$36.77) paid weekly on Friday. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Bonuses, commissions or raises may be paid at employer discretion based on performance/sales, skill or tenure. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. H-2B application to be concurrently filed with USDOL. Duties: The Door-to-Door Sales Representative is responsible for approaching potential residential customers at their homes and presenting them with security alarm and solar panel solutions. Generate and qualify new customers and initiate contracts through in-home presentations. Design a tailored-fit alarm/solar package for the customer's home, while ensuring the customer's expectations are aligned with the company offerings in terms of the systems being built and offered. Attend daily in-market trainings provided by local leadership. Ensure customer satisfaction by answering phone calls and emails when customers have questions or concerns.
Work in all weather conditions. Frequent walking to prospective customer residences.
No education or experience required. On-the-job training provided. Employer will provide to the workers, without charge or deposit, all tools, supplies, and equipment to perform the duties assigned. On-the-job training provided. Daily transportation to/from worksite will be provided to the workers at no charge (e.g. designated daily pick-up place).
Worksite at: 21511 Stonecross Terrace Ln, Katy, TX 77449 (Harris County). Travel to prospective customer locations in the Houston-The Woodlands-Sugar Land, TX MSA.
Optional employer subsidized housing is available to worker upon request at a cost ranging from approximately $100 to $200 per week. If the worker completes 50% of the employment contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place, the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59 per day with receipts. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
