Job Title: Document Management/ Project Support

Duration: 6+ months Contract

Location: Katy

Details:

An established EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) company in Katy is looking to bring on a Project Support Specialist.

Focus includes-

• Reviews and verifies project documents for completeness, format and compliance with contract requirements.

• Manages document processes through scanning, filing and transmitting while following all standard procedures.

• Responsible for MDR, MTR and ISO reporting, building pressure testing packages

• Manages drawings, spec sheets and blueprints to maintain accuracy.

  Top Consideration given to candidates with-

• 4+ years of similar document control experience

• Strong data analytics skills

• Personable, ability to multi-task, self-driven and proven track record of success

• This role is offering $25+/hr depending on experience
