Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Katy, Texas for an Application Support Engineer. This role involves working with Cisco Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Microsoft, and AB Testing. Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance incident response plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient identification, escalation, and resolution of OT incidents or incidents related to dependent systems.

• Assist in the analysis, categorization, and prioritization of incidents based on severity and impact on business operations.

• Conduct regular status checks and incident evaluations to ensure business operations and ongoing process improvements.

• Perform post-incident reviews and analysis to identify root causes, trends, and areas of improvement, collaborating with business operations teams and OT technical team members.

• Prepare internal and client-facing incident reports to communicate the impact of incidents, response times, and effectiveness of mitigation measures to senior management.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the organization’s incident response capabilities through technology investments, process improvement, and training initiatives.

• Act as the primary point of contact during major incidents, coordinating cross-functional responses and providing regular updates to OT and ODM senior management.

• Provide on-call support for 24x7 escalation activities outside of standard business hours.

• Use skills in Cisco Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Microsoft, AB Testing, Active Directory, Application Support, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management to perform tasks effectively and efficiently. Requirements

• Must possess a strong understanding of Cisco Technologies

• Familiarity with various Database systems is required

• Proficiency in Dell Technologies is essential

• Experience with EO/IR systems is necessary

• Must have knowledge of Microsoft software and tools

• Proficiency in AB Testing is required

• Must have experience in Active Directory

• Should have a strong background in Application Support

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware is essential

• Must be experienced in Configuration Management
