Citigroup Telesales Director in Katowice, Poland

The Telesales Director accomplishes results through the management of x-sell Installments telesales teams within Remote Sales Department under Unsecured Assets Division. Requires in-depth understanding industry expertise within a defined area. May contribute to the development of new sales techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally, has responsibility for assets sales volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Full supervisory responsibility for the whole site (Katowice), ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, manage and motivate a cohesive team of high performing sales professionals to meet the business goals

  • Provide expert business assistance and insight to drive installment sales, improve processes and production

  • Liaise with lending team to increase communication and help support business objectives

  • Possess specialized skill set knowledge to anticipate potential issues/areas of concern before rolling out new initiatives and/or promotions

  • Key contributor in providing valuable insight and direction for key lending support initiatives based on previous management and selling roles

  • Determine product knowledge gaps and best practices to be used in order to provide additional training to sales network / advisors

  • Review new sales/policy/credit changes to provide suggestions on communication verbiage to the network

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

  • 6-10 years experience in sales, training or support preferred

  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends in order to come up with ideas to help increase specific performance indicators and results

  • Proactive leadership and motivational skills

  • A proven success record in sales

  • Must also be extremely proficient in all Microsoft programs, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • English and Polish, allowing free verbal and written communication
