About The Role

We're looking for a Learning Success Partner with experience managing training plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will join the Learning Success Team in Poland.

What You will be responsible for

• Partnering with local business leaders & HR business partners to share local business needs and trends within the organization at a local level.

• Implementing learning strategies, managing local training requirements, and developing employee skills and knowledge within the organization

Our Requirements

• A degree in HR, training, education, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years prior experience in HR or training, with hands-on coordination of multiple training events in a corporate setting.

• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information effectively.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

• Very good English
