Description:
Are you ready to build a career in Server Firmware development at Lenovo who is a world leader in building world’s top sever Systems? Server Firmware team in Lenovo is always looking for talented engineers to develop firmware working on x86 and ARM processors in their newly inaugurated Systems Lab in Bangalore. This role will be responsible for developing and validating firmware for the Lenovo ThinkSystem servers both in UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) and BMC (Baseboard Management Controller) areas.
Role:
- Firmware UEFI/BMC development responsible for requirements definition, design, implementation, and documentation of the platform.
Qualifications:
- BE or MTech or MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar degree or related software equivalent experience.
Experience/Skills:
Good knowledge in C and C++ programming languages
Knowledge of computer architecture, software architecture
Strong communication and collaboration skills with multi-functional teams
Strong analytical and debug methodology skills expected.
Good knowledge on processor architecture and OS internals (desirable)
Excellent in problem solving
