Oracle Systems Analyst 2-IT in KARNATAKA, India

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Analyst II to support the IT infrastructure of our Oracle Cerner Healthcare client. This role requires hands-on expertise in Windows-based environments with a focus on security, performance, and end-user support. Responsibilities includes managing security patching for servers, AV administration, monitoring of servers via 3rd party solution, remediating vulnerabilities detected via security scanning solution and supporting end user issues using remote management tool.

Responsibilities

Server Management and Security -

Perform regular security patching and updates to ensure all Windows servers are compliant with organizational and industry standards.

Administer antivirus solutions (AV) to maintain the integrity and security of server & workstation systems against emerging threats.

Monitor servers using third-party monitoring tools to proactively identify and address performance or availability issues.

End-User Support -

Provide remote technical support to resolve issues reported by end users efficiently, using remote management tools.

Compliance and Documentation -

Maintain accurate documentation of system changes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Ensure all processes align with industry best practices and compliance requirements.

M365 -

Administer Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery and issue resolution.

On-Premises Active Directory (AD) -

Maintain and support on-premises Active Directory (AD), including domain controllers, group policy management, and organizational unit (OU) structure.

Troubleshoot and resolve domain replication issues, group policy conflicts, and authentication problems.

Assist in hybrid environment synchronization between Azure AD and on-prem AD using tools like Azure AD Connect

On-call support -

Provide on-call support as required
