Introduction:
This position is for Integration Engineering in GlobalFoundries India center at Bengaluru, supporting 300mm wafer fab in Germany.
The candidate will be responsible for creating, supporting and maintaining internal services and web tools that will be used by other teams in the fab.
You will interface closely with the engineers from the manufacturing modules in Dresden as well as with the partners of other international locations.
Your Job :
Designs, develops, tests, debugs, and implements application that support critical manufacturing Fab operations
Design, develop, document, deliver and maintain Python application, dashboards, ETL scripts and API’s or other specialized fab software.
Other Responsibilities:
Work with users, other developers, database administrators, engineers, and other groups as needed when implementing new functionality or when fixing application issues.
Collaborate with several teams to meet reporting needs and prioritization.
Required Qualifications :
B.Tech / M.Tech. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field with 2-4 years industrial experience, or M.S. with 2-3 years’ experience.
Demonstrated knowledge in SQL, Python.
Experience in Python Development
Basic understanding of databases and strong attention to detail are essential.
High level of both oral and written communications skills in English language
Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
Demonstrated ability to learn fast and provide knowledge transfer and training when needed.
Strong documentation skills
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across the organization.
Ability to work independently with very minimal supervision, but as part of a team in a remote location.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Experience with cloud services such as AWS
Development experience with designing and implementing services, REST, JSON
Specialize in the seamless integration of front-end and back-end technologies to ensure cohesive application development.

Experience with relational databases and their development tools (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift)
Understanding of REST APIs, JSON data format
Experience with the deployment of big data ETL pipelines in the cloud, e.g. PySpark
Experience with of SQL, Python, Docker containers
Familiar with the use of version control and CICD tools include GIT, Maven, Nexus, Jenkins
Exposure to and/or understanding of ML tools/libraries such as: TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, Pandas
Understanding of advanced data analytics and machine learning
