What you will do

The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role partnering closely with the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) to set global strategy for Kenvue to deliver data-driven capabilities. He or she will play a key role in developing and implementing tools, with a primary focus on E2E cross-functional business data & operations reporting. He or she will also lead development of dashboards and implement Digital Solution tools for process monitoring and driving automation to solve business problem statement hence delivering business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading projects to execute on strategic goals of Global & Regional regarding data in scope.

• Participating & conducting monthly/weekly both data governance & project meeting.

• Partnering with functional and process leads to analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement and provide findings to leadership.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Leading development of interactive/self-service reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and process efficiency.

• Partnering with technology teams to design/implement/optimize data models & digital solutions for reporting and analytics.

• Leveraging data processing tools such as Alteryx and Microsoft Azure/Databricks to extract, transform, and load data for analysis.

• Mentor members through training and individual support.

• Providing support and guidance in the utilization of the SAP ERP system data and reporting.

• Stay current on industry best practices in reporting, analytics, and data visualization.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Manufacturing or Supply Chain is required.

• Knowledge of ERP Systems – SAP, APO or equivalent required.

• Proficiency in Snowflake data warehousing, Microsoft Azure, Databricks and Power BI, Tableau (or similar tools)

• Hands on experience a minimum of 5 years in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, Alteryx or similar programming languages.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Offices applications Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.

• High level understanding of information and data architecture.

• Strong digital & innovation mindset.

• Strong data management and governance experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams/internal/external stakeholders.
