Description and Requirements
Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex network and firewall issues
Design and implement network and firewall solutions to meet business requirements
Perform network and firewall capacity planning and optimization
Mentor and guide L1 engineers
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations
Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet service delivery objectives
Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
Advanced knowledge of firewall technologies (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks)
Experience with network protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs)
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex network and firewall issues
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Certifications: CCNP (preferred)
Experience: 5+ years of experience in network and firewall administration
