What You Will Do

As part of Digital Transformation Office (DTO), you will play a critical role in driving the Kenvue Operations Digital Transformation by

delivering business solutions meet the unique needs of supply chain stakeholders. You will work closely with Technical Architects, Business

Analysts, Product Owners, User Experience Designers, and Business Application Developers across geographies to provide high quality

digital solutions that generate business value. You will work collaboratively in an agile team environment and contribute to all stages of the

software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance phases. You will be responsible for a

variety of projects, leading scrum teams and managing all aspects of the project, including work breakdown and resource allocation,

oversight of deliverables and quality review, and regular status updates for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, unit test, and build business applications using React, React-Native, .Net Core, .Net 8, Node.js, Azure/AWS and

leveraging an agile methodology

Develop and administer CI/CD pipelines in cloud-hosted Git repositories, and source control artifacts via Git in alignment with common

branching strategies and workflows

Assist Software Designer/Implementers with the creation of detailed software design specifications.

Complete review process for software architecture documents

Participate in the system specification review process to ensure system requirements can be translated into valid software architecture

Integrate internal and external product designs into a cohesive user experience

Partner with the customer success team and aid in triaging and troubleshooting customer support issues spanning across a range of

software components, infrastructure, integrations, and services, some of which target 24/7/365 availability

Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and daily stand-ups

Maintain project reporting including dashboards, status reports, road maps, burn down, velocity, and resource utilization.

Facilitate discussion, assessment of alternatives or different approaches, decision making, and conflict resolution within the

development team

Participate as a team member in design, review, and planning meetings

Identify and keep track of metrics that indicate how software is performing

Handle technical and non-technical queries from the development team and stakeholders

Own the technical solution and ensure all technical aspects are implemented as designed.

Ensure that all development practices follow best practices and any relevant policies / procedures

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree; BTech or MTech in computer science is strongly preferred.

Minimum five years business experience

Previous experience leading full stack technology projects

Proficiency with .NET Core/.Net 8, C# , Node.js, React, React-Native, Redux, Material, Bootstrap, Typescript, SCSS, Microservices, Entity

framework, LINQ, SQL

Expert knowledge of DevOps AWS or Azure platforms, such as web app services, azure db, storage, AKS, Docker, containers, Redis, VM,

CDN, App insights, function apps, service bus etc.

Experience in Database design, Continuous Integration (TFS, GitHub/Bitbucket, Jenkins etc.)

Knowledge and experience in SOLID principles and industry best practices using Microsoft Technologies

Knowledge and experience in at least one SDLC model like Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Kanban, etc.

Strong technical skills to contribute as an engineer across a broad technology stack, from novel software development and operations to

automated testing and integration with third-party services and tools

Superior troubleshooting ability, strong analytical abilities, and drive for results

Able to work on complex and specialized technical problems and provide highly innovative, yet practical solutions

Previous experience working within Supply Chain domains (planning, manufacturing, delivery / logistics, quality, procurement)

Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and good technical documentation skills

High ethics, values, and principles to work in a multi-cultural environment
