Description and Requirements
Description:
The Windows Autopilot analyst is responsible for overall Autopilot operations to ensure data accuracy and service delivery of Lenovo Modern IT services for all customers.
Responsibilities:
Collect customer information and perform the onboarding process
Ensure all the registrations are applied correctly and in a timely manner
Execute quality checks
Troubleshoot errors by submitting Microsoft tickets or internal IT tickets
Identify potential gaps in the E2E process of the registrations
Join weekly calls with the ODT and proactively bring updates of issues/escalations
Required Skills/Knowledge:
Effective written and oral communication in English
Background of Microsoft Windows Autopilot (strongly preferred)
Goal-orientated individual with strong time and task management
Solution oriented skills
Strong customer focus and ability to manage significant customer expectations
Organized and methodical person with logical approach in addressing issues and strong analytical skills.
Strong teamwork ethic
Knowledge and consistent use of Microsoft Office
