Your responsibilities
Lead the Manufacturing Excellence journey through implementation of Reckitt Production System (R-P-S) blueprints across the site
Lead the Manufacturing Productivity model with focus to drive cost efficiency and optimization, responsible for delivering productivity pipeline and productivity targets
-Bring productivity with the execuition of RPS at macro and micro level to mitigate the unfavourable impact on cost
Offer leadership to guarantee the engineering function is effectively resourced and that project plans are actively managed and adhered to.
Seamlessly transfer project results to the relevant departments, ensuring a comprehensive post-capex evaluation is completed.
Embrace continuous improvement in all systems and practises, advancing individual and team capabilities.
Uphold exacting health and safety standards, delivering engineering solutions that provide a competitive edge.
The experience we're looking for
4 to 7 years of experience in leading Continuous Improvement / Manufacturing Excellence / Lean initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
A university degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical
Deeply knowledgeable about engineering and manufacturing processes complemented by strong project management practises.
Ability to demonstrate financial savviness when assessing business issues and opportunities.
Knowledge of local regulations and standards
Adept at leading and developing engineering and maintenance personnel.
Well-honed interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and influence across all company levels.
