Your day at NTT DATA

As a Junior Presales Network Solutions Specialist, you will be instrumental in the sales process, providing technical insights and support. Your role is crucial in understanding customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and collaborating with the sales and technical teams to guide the sales process to a successful conclusion.

What you'll be doing

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Research : Engage in comprehensive research on potential clients and their industries to tailor network solutions to their needs.

• Collaborate with Sales Team : Partner with sales representatives to prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals.

• Client Engagement : Actively participate in client meetings to gather their requirements and suggest suitable network solutions.

• Product Demonstrations : Conduct demonstrations of network products and services, addressing technical questions during the sales process.

• Liaison Work : Facilitate communication between the sales and technical departments to ensure objectives are aligned.

• Technical Documentation : Help in crafting technical documents and proposals that align with customer specifications.

• Training and Development : Pursue continuous learning to remain knowledgeable about the latest network technologies and sales strategies.

Requirements and Skills:

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Technical Expertise : Foundational knowledge of network infrastructure, including hardware and software solutions.

• Certification : CCNA or other Network Certification - would be advantage

• Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex technical details.

• Analytical Skills : Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively meet customer needs.

• Teamwork : A collaborative spirit, able to thrive in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

• Customer Focus : A strong dedication to customer service, committed to delivering superior solutions.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.

Required Experience:

• Entry level experience is desirable but not essential.

• Entry level experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
