*KITCHEN PREP TEAM MEMBER The Kitchen Prep position is a valuable and important role in our Restaurant. The role sets the Kitchen team up for success by keeping the kitchen items prepped and organized. * Job Qualifications *18 years and older *Experience working in a commercial kitchen *Strong organizational skills a must *Ability to lift 25 lbs. *Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities *Portion, wash, peel, slice and prepare ingredients *Complete assigned Prep work to stock and set-up stations *Put away inventory and restock inventory *Dishwashing and cleaning duties will apply *Know and follow all serve safe guidelines
Part time hours - can lead up to full time in the summer.
