Lead Bank Product Lead in Kansas City, Missouri
Lead Bank seeks a Product Lead in Kansas City, Missouri responsible for the development of banking as a service platform. Builds APIs and services for clients to deliver innovative financial products related to deposits, credit and lending, issuing and accepting credit cards, and/or debit card transactions. Works with engineers and product managers to build core banking infrastructure, and change the banking system to account for FinTech developments and bringing innovate FinTech products to market. Gathers data across cross-functional groups and uses a structured first principles approach to unblock decisions related to financial products and services. Develops and maintains a prioritized product roadmap with well-defined product requirements and business justifications for the banking platform. Maintains knowledge of technical and operational elements of the product to inform decision-making. Develops clear product requirements and communicates such with Engineering teams and Designers.
Telecommuting from any location in the U.S. is an option for this position.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a Bachelors degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business, Finance or a closely related field and four (4) years of product management experience in Fintech, Crypto, or a related field. This position also requires demonstrated knowledge and experience with capital markets and corporate finance; building high-velocity, low-latency, high-availability services with API design; product management tools (JIRA, GitLab, Mixpanel, Confluence, Figma, or Amplitude); enterprise software domain; SQL; Looker; Tableau; Mode; and highly compliance-centric products.
