Description

• Performs all patient care skills at the level of Paramedic Missouri Licensure. Assists provider with follow-up documentation and phone calls to parent\guardian\medical provider.

• Collects and coveys information to provider regarding health status of patients throughout the visit including documenting into electronic medical record.

• Performs EKGs, splinting, crutch fitting, and phlebotomy.

• Performs point of care testing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

All required education is a minimum requirement.

Higher levels of education are acceptable. H.S. Diploma- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Accredited Paramedic Training Program required.

Missouri license Paramedic upon hire is required.

ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support, PALS or PEARS certification,

A.H.A. BLS medical provider certification, CPI course within 90 days of hire is required.

1 Year- Paramedic working experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00
