Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Generator Sales Representative to join our team. As the Generator Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of high-quality generator solutions to various industries, including our Generator Rental Fleet. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique power needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. You will work closely with our technical team to ensure that the products you offer align with the latest technological advancements in the field. This position requires a proactive approach as you will be identifying new business opportunities and actively seeking out potential clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our organization, and you will benefit from a rewarding compensation structure along with opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the company. Reports to: Sales Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales, particularly in the generator sector.

· Strong knowledge of generators and power generation technologies.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

· Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

· Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Working Conditions:

Conditions vary based on the customer location and may include construction, warehouse, manufacturing, office, or external environments. Some activities may include walking, standing, climbing in various conditions including extreme heat or cold. Essential functions will require travel to customer locations.

Essential Job Functions:

· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the industrial sector.

· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

· Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met with appropriate solutions.

· Provide timely follow-up and support throughout the sales process, including proposal preparation and closing deals.

· Attend industry trade shows and events to promote products and expand professional network.

· Continuously monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
