Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide functional support to our HR Department. This role is pivotal in supporting employee and business needs by delivering outstanding HR services. Key responsibilities include new hire onboarding, orientation, training, handling terminations, immigration, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and reporting.

Hard Skills

  • HR system experience (Workday preferred)

  • Knowledge of Benefits

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Vlookups and Pivot tables in Excel

Soft Skills

  • Ability to respond effectively to employee inquiries

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Excellent communication skills

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 4- 6 months

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Kansas City, MO and some days remote.
