Job Title: Human Resources AnalystJob Description
Ensure that the National Attendance Program (NAP), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA), and tardiness are administered in accordance with the National Agreement, Company Policy, applicable regulations, Company practice, and the Local CBA. Clear employees for Personal Days, Bereavement, Failure to Call (ART), and Jury Duty. Conduct corrective action and discipline based on the AWOL report/NAP guidelines. Properly document corrective action hearing outcomes. Follow up with line management customers to successfully close out open NAP and tardiness issues. Audit NAP and tardiness TWOs coding and correct TWOs codes as required. Act as an SME for line management customers on NAP interpretation. Maintain all required documents related to FMLA administration. Serve as a liaison between line management customers and the local medical department. Identify opportunities to streamline current processes. Act as a liaison between Operations and Labor Relations.
Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for NAP interpretation.
Maintain documents related to FMLA administration.
Serve as a liaison between line management customers and the local medical department.
Identify opportunities to streamline current processes.
Serve as a liaison between Operations and Labor Relations.
Provide vacation support as needed.
Essential Skills
Administrative support
HR administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel Pivot Tables
Experience with HR systems
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with KCAP adjustment log review
Ability to identify and communicate adjustments/deductions to Process Coaches for employee reports
Experience with daily AWOL reports for Truck and Transit
Follow-up on missed disciplinary opportunities
Additional administrative duties as required
Experience in human resources, HRIS, data entry, and benefits administration
At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing
Work Environment
This position is fully onsite with the following hours of work: Sunday from 1 PM to 11 PM, Monday from 1 PM to 11 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 6:30 PM. An additional fourth day is available based on mutual interests.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00
