Job Summary: The Expeditor is responsible for coordinating the movement of materials and parts between vendors, customers, Parts Rooms, and production while keeping the Project Manager updated on material statuses and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Track the status of materials/parts required, ordered, or under repair for the project.
Send out parts for exchange, core returns, and repairs.
Expedite the movement of parts between vendors, customers, Parts Rooms, and production.
Communicate material priorities to all involved parties.
Keep the Project Manager informed of material situations.
Maintain accurate records of material status throughout the project.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
Travel may be required.
Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
A minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training is required.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may frequently be required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move around the facility.
The work environment is typically in a warehouse setting.
Candidates should be able to adapt to the physical demands and conditions of a traditional warehouse environment.
