WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
We are looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative, and energetic team player to join Hallmark Digital!
As a Digital Content Specialist, you will:
Maintain the content calendar / workflow for all marketing on Hallmark.com and the Hallmark Cards Now app – establishing launch dates, and providing clear direction to creative partners and content publishers based on inputs from the Digital marketing and merchandising strategists
Serve as primary validator for all site content links, tracking and scheduling prior to being published to the live site and app
Maintain dashboards and report on data insights for content including homepage features, seasonal landing pages and A/B tests
Create and optimize internal tracking codes for onsite and in-app content
Partner and coordinate with advertising, product development and analytics partners to identify ongoing A/B test and optimization opportunities
Assume other duties as assigned, such as: serving as backup in our Content Management System and promotion engine; offering data analytics and linking strategy support to social, PR and advertising partners; performing site content audits and providing recommendations for optimizations; and implementing SEO best practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years professional experience
Minimum 2 years of experience working in eCommerce, digital marketing or merchandising
Experience working within a project workflow tool such as JIRA, Confluence or Smartsheet
Experience working in a Content Management System (CMS) for web
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Basic-to-intermediate HTML/CSS knowledge
Salesforce Business Manager content and promotion experience
Familiarity with data analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or ContentSquare
Comfort with ambiguity and juggling multiple projects and timelines at once
