This opportunity entails being responsible for the accurate and timely review, processing and mailing of accounts payable invoices and expense reports.
What You’ll Do:
Reviews expense reports for corporate compliance. Assists outsourced staff with expense report questions.
Processes vendor and sub consultant payments, checks/ACH.
Works closely with division, office, and staff relating to accounts payable matters.
Monitors AP inbox daily for special requests, providing timely responses and solutions or escalating as appropriate.
Supports weekly and monthly close process.
Enters accounts payable adjustments as needed.
Reviews and enters invoices and sub consultant invoices into Oracle as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
2 years accounting functions experience
