■Roles and responsibilities
Commit to work as a member of Lenovo One team and enhance organization transformation synchronously with any demand such an AI skill development.
Prioritize customer-centric solutions and continuously demonstrate sustainability and ESG leadership to delight our customers, advancing society and benefitting humanity.
Lead a Visual Technology (Display, Touch and Pen) development in a virtual ThinkPad product development team and will be responsible to satisfy Time to Market (TTM), Time to Quality (TTQ) through transparent cross-functional collaboration and persistence with operation excellence.
Create innovation in Visual Technology or across all subsystems along with consolidated strategic portfolio and roadmap and have responsibility until launching.
Strengthen personal knowledge; gain new insights, share your knowhow, and hear opinion with mutual respect, and collaborate internally and externally to build up greater One team.
Telework is available with manager approval
There may be oversea business if required
■Key Interaction with:
Lenovo Yamato (Yokohama) Laboratory, Yonezawa and Global teams (Visual Technology, Subsystem, Project Management, Mechanical/Electrical Design, Quality, Procurement, Portfolio, Strategic Technology Innovation Center and so on
Visual Technology partner (supplier), solution provider
Laptop PC platform partner (Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, Microsoft and so on)
ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) partner
Industrial Standard Association (ISO, VESA and so on)
■Must Have – essential
IT device development experience in any company or university
BS or MS degree in science
Open mind to join any kind of discussion with mutual respect and positive attitude
Leading IT device development
Understanding basic principle of IT device design and failure analysis
Presentation in English and Japanese
Microsoft Office
