KANE COUNTY Visitor Center Host / Marketing Coordinator in KANAB, Utah
Position is part time; No Benefits; Up to 29 hours per week. Works under the supervision of the Tourism Director, Assistant Tourism Director, and Visitor Center Coordinator. Performs a variety of operational support and customer service duties as needed to promote tourism within Kane County; assists with general and targeted marketing projects. Responsible for maintaining customer & visitor database information, and utilizing it to market Kane County as a "Tourism Destination." Provides the first-level contact with office visitors and tourists; provides general operational information. Maintains and updates lists of where marketing materials are distributed and keeps materials stocked on locations. Tracks supply and keeps adequate inventory by working with the marketing department. Able to take on assigned tasks to completion with little supervision using good judgment and creativity. Assist with local events and trade shows as needed. Performs related duties as required. Must have a valid Driver License; Must have a high school graduation diploma or equivalent or college degree in related field (marketing preferred) Must have 2 years of experience with above related duties or an equivalent of education and experience.
