Job Description

Together with our customers, AE develop optimized solutions related to propel, work and control functions by specifying and verifying Danfoss Power Solution products and systems for mobile machinery market. AE will primarily work from an DPS plant or Sales office and occasionally work on-site with the customers as required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Successful Launch of Danfoss New Product/Application through application review.

  • Support Customer’s New Application Development.

  • Technical support for any new opportunities and applications, presenting new products in term of application guidelines.

  • Review new applications and recommend the usage, helping customer at the design stage.

  • Review all application for all Danfoss products– Recheck and ensure that customers use Danfoss product in the proper way.

  • Regular customer visits, review the application and technical issues.

  • High level of customer satisfaction - create, monitor and follow-up with factory for closing of complaints, work with sales and customers in addressing common and reoccurring issues in a timely manner

  • Reduce number of complaints – provide training to customers and sales engineers

  • Improve technical competencies - conduct training to internally and externally

  • Work closely with sales team to meet sales target and growth - action based on agreed sales and marketing plans

Background & Skills

Key Requirements

  • Experience with project management skills

  • Knowledge of software control solutions, communication technology and hydraulic measurement and analysis

  • Experience with application engineering and mobile off-road applications will be an advantage

  • Pro-active workstyle, team player mentality and growing mindset,

  • Fluent English and Japanese language skills proficiency in other APAC languages ​​such as Thai, Korean is an advantage.

  • Flexibility with regards to travel (approx. 15 to 25 travel days per year)
