This company has been owned and operated in the Flathead Valley for over 38 years, this is a great team to work for.As a Service Writer, you will build and maintain good relationships with customers, be a team player with your co-workers, and problem-solve with the best of them.  You will need to understand the customers' needs and communicate to the technicians and staff.Pay: $20 to $24/hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday through FridayWeekends when scheduledBenefits:Comprehensive Benefits Package AvailableEmployee DiscountsPaid Time Off without a waiting period!Essential Functions and Duties:Initiate services and repairs by describing performance problems and service requestsReview customer accounts and report changes to internal staffVerify warranty coverage, write repair orders, and maintain customer accountsServe as a liaison between the customers and technicians, ensuring technicians understand the customer's needs and the requested/recommended service/repairs are understood by our customersInspect the units with customers, verify unit information, obtain photos, and communicate any additional repair and service needs to the customer based on inspectionsSchedule appointments, input repair orders (ROs), monitor service progress, calculate charges, and process paymentsKeeping customers informed of service specials, completion times, and service expensesQualifications:1-2 + Years Previous Service Writer experience is preferredHigh School diploma or GEDA team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer serviceMust have good communication and problem-solving skills and great organizational skillsGood understanding of mechanical /technical knowledgeDriver’s license and clean driving recordGet in touch!
