Logan Health Foundation Solutions Coordinator in Kalispell, Montana

Job Description Summary:

This position supports the Foundation by serving as a point of contact for donors and serves as a liaison to support the Logan Health Foundation boards and committees.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (1) of the following required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in similar role.

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative to evaluate, anticipate future needs and institute problem solving on a daily basis. Possess ability to come up with ideas, solutions and opportunities.

  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.

  • Commitment to working in a team environment and maintaining confidentiality as needed.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

  • Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed .

Job Specific Duties:

  • Provides administrative support to leadership, which may include, but may not be limited to; correspondence, scheduling, implementation of program policies/procedures, creating materials, and provides support within the department as requested.

  • Develops a trusted advisor relationship with organizational leaders and provides account management services for assigned area(s) to support communication.

  • Exhibits a commitment to professionalism while undertaking all tasks and in all interactions. Stays well informed and attentive to opportunities to use critical thinking skills. Exhibits forward thinking with ideas, solutions, and opportunities.

  • Drafts reports, letters, proposals, prepares and coordinates oral and written communication on behalf of the Foundation.

  • Receives, handles, and stores confidential information appropriately. Maintains confidential files and documents per department protocol.

  • Responsible for timely reporting of data as required meeting compliance standards; prepares financial statements and maintains records pertaining to program activities; responsible for dissemination of changes to members of committee and sub-committees as appropriate.

  • Processes program expense reimbursements, orders supplies, distributes mail, creates invoices, and processes end of month reports as applicable.

  • Assists in researching new regulations and the effect on the Foundation. Makes suggestions for implementation, stays current with industry trends as they relate to job responsibilities.

  • Coordinates and maintains the cultivation, retention, and stewardship of Foundation partnerships as applicable.

  • Reviews policies and procedures per department protocol to ensure compliance with accreditation standards as applicable.

  • Monitors and updates information on designated webpages in collaboration with leadership and marketing per department protocol.

  • Works with leadership and committees to enhance Foundation services. Performs program and location analysis, data collection, program effectiveness, and the presentation of process improvement recommendations.

  • Interacts with donors by providing guidance and assistance while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Supports leadership by preparing communication to designated board and assists as applicable in board meetings.

  • Acts as a liaison for multiple stakeholders per department protocol.

  • Coordinates billing and tracking of multiple tasks.

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
