Drywall / Sheetrock HangerA local general contracting company in the Flathead Valley, dedicated to building the Montana dream, is seeking a Drywall/Sheetrock Hanger. Combining old-fashioned, impeccable craftmanship and ethics with innovative design, they bring experience and integrity to every project - from conceptual planning and blueprint execution to reality.The Sheetrock Hanger is responsible for the installation of drywall in various construction and renovation projects. This includes measuring, cutting, and fastening sheetrock to ensure smooth surfaces for painting and finishing. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.Pay: $22 to $28/hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Full-time, Monday through FridayBenefits:Competitive starting wagesHealth insuranceOpportunities for continued education from within the companySupportive ManagementGet paid every Friday!Essential Functions and Duties:Measure spaces accurately to cut drywall sheets to the required size and shapeSecure drywall sheets to walls, ceilings, or other frameworksOperate tools and equipment such as drills, saws, and lifts as required for installationCollaborate with tapers to ensure all joints, seams, and corners are properly aligned and ready for finishingIdentify and address any issues related to uneven surfaces or incorrect measurements during installationQualifications: 2-5 years of drywall experienceAbility to lift 100 lbsAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screeningGet in touch!
