Express Employment Professionals Assembly Technician in Kalispell, Montana
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various components of our vehicles using a variety of tools. You will work with blueprints, follow Standard Work Instructions, and ensure each build meets our quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:Use a variety of tools to assemble and install vehicle components.Read and interpret blueprints and project-specific instructions.Follow Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) to ensure proper installation of equipment.Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support production needs.
Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in assembly, construction, or a related field involving tools, materials, or manufacturing processes.Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.High School diploma or GED required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to walk, crouch, and perform various physical tasks alongside your team.Standing, bending, and working with tools for extended periods.Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production setting.
