Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be part of the human resources team. They will be the only one recruiting for all hourly positions, primarily within skilled trades. This position requires maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities;

• 75-80% of the time sorting through Indeed responses, communicating with candidates, performing phone screens, and setting up in-person interviews with hiring managers.

• Track onboarding and complete new hire orientation

• Accommodating with the schedules of different hiring managers and supervisors and ask questions to ensure they can meet the team's needs

• Screen both technical and soft skills to ensure that candidates are the right culture

• Remaining 20-25% of their time will be spent assisting the human resources team by pulling records and other tasks as requested.

Must Have Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)

• Human Resources experience

• Recruiting experience

• Strong communication skills

• Full cycle recruiting experience

• Technical recruiting experience

• Experience with Indeed

Nice to have Qualifications

• Human Resources degree

• Recruiting experience for manufacturing

Work Environment

This is a part-time role, requiring 30 hours a week. The schedule is flexible, allowing you to work any hours Monday-Friday to total 30 hours.

You will be part of a small team, working alongside an HR Manager and an HR Generalist.

Position will be fully onsite in office.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
