Job Description

Seeking two skilled CNC Machinists for our 2nd shift team, ready to handle the machining process. The ideal candidates will read work orders and blueprints, manage machine startups, perform changeovers and tool changes, adjust programs, and consistently produce quality parts. Responsibilities also include quality control using precision measuring instruments and operating advanced equipment such as HAAS mills, Swiss lathes, and various 3 & 4-axis CNC mills and lathes. The focus will be on low-high volume production machining.

Join a team in a climate-controlled facility with all departments under one roof, including machining/fabrication, quality, engineering, assembly, and shipping/receiving. The workspace is well-lit and clean, fostering a friendly atmosphere among team members. Work hours are from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM Monday-Thursday, with optional overtime on Fridays. Flexibility in scheduling and overtime is available. Compensation ranges from $22.25 to $28.25 with a 15% shift premium based on experience. Benefits include 9 paid holidays and 2 weeks PTO to start, with the possibility of negotiating more PTO for the right candidate.
