They are seeking a dynamic Architectural Designer to take on a pivotal role in handling small to medium-sized projects, with occasional involvement in larger scale projects. The primary focus will be on Healthcare, Educational, and Laboratory projects. The role involves a broad range of responsibilities from redlining, drafting, and design to construction documents and client interfacing. The successful candidate will lead the architectural project team, coordinate all project disciplines including MEP, Electrical, Interior Design, and Architecture, develop work plans and deadlines, set project budgets, organize internal and client meetings, design floor plan layouts, and engage in market research and client needs assessment.
