Job Title: Transporter

Job Description

A warehouse worker's responsibilities include:

• Inventory: Counting, tracking, and organizing inventory, and ensuring it matches the inventory log

• Orders: Picking, packing, and filling orders, and ensuring they meet customer requirements

• Deliveries: Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, and recording arrival and departure

• Storage: Storing items properly, and building and unloading pallets

• Equipment: Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently

• Safety: Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and following health and safety regulations

• Quality: Inspecting stock for damage or defects, and ensuring it matches customer expectations

• Productivity: Collaborating with team members to meet daily productivity targets

• Training: Training new staff members

• Software: Using software to monitor and update stock levels
