THE WORK
As a Material Logistics Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of a logistics section, providing leadership and direction to ensure efficiency and quality. This role involves developing work assignments, assessing team performance, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. While primarily a supervisory position, you may assist with hands-on tasks as workload demands.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or materials management.
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and scheduling practices.
Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills:
SAP , Autotime, Hazmat experience a plus.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Experience managing in a union environment.
Previous Sikorsky Operations experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
