Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career? Join our dynamic team where you'll operate state-of-the-art CNC Mills,

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Mills and perform setups with precision.

• Inspect parts to ensure they meet drawing requirements.

• Troubleshoot malfunctions and report needed repairs.

• Review setup sheets and specifications to determine setup procedures.

• Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines.

• Select appropriate tools, machines, and materials based on work instructions.

Essential Skills:

• 3+ years of experience with CNC machines.

• Proficiency in manual and CNC machining.

• Ability to edit programs and set up CNC machines.

• Experience with 3-5 axis machines.

• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.

• Precision machining experience.

• Familiarity with Fanuc controls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Vertical turning lathe (VTL) experience is a plus.

• Experience with Blohm Creek grinder, 3-axis Haas, and VTL.

• Proficiency with calipers and other precision measuring instruments.

• Manual machining experience.

Work Environment:

• Enjoy working in an air-conditioned manufacturing warehouse, though it can get a bit warm during the summer.

• The facility is well-lit, clean, and professional.

• First Shift: 5:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Thursday (4, 10-hour shifts).

• Second Shift: 3:30pm to 2:00am, with a 10% shift differential on the pay rate. Note that all second shift positions require at least 3 months of training on the first shift.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
