Description We are in search of a Sourcing Specialist II to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. The individual in this role will be integral in executing the sourcing process for various business areas, administering policies and programs, and preparing sourcing agreements. This position is a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Administer policies and programs that provide contracted services and materials

• Execute sourcing process for assigned areas, collaborating with business units, legal experts, and ISC personnel

• Analyze responses to bid requests, distilling commercial differences and making recommendations for supplier selection

• Conduct negotiations and lead sourcing project teams

• Develop and maintain relationships with business units and suppliers, including conducting industry analysis and evaluating supplier performance

• Contribute to sourcing data analysis, forecasting, and planning efforts

• Develop new sources of supply and monitor ongoing supplier performance

• Manage external spend and conduct business dealings with integrity and regard for corporate guidelines and legal and environmental regulations

• Drive down the total cost of ownership by developing strategies and communicating progress and results to supervision and ISC management

• Use Microsoft Office Suites to maintain accurate records and process customer credit applications

• Utilize leadership skills to supervise and onboard new staff members

• Use negotiation skills to manage contracts and supplier relationships

• Use planning and forecasting skills to manage supply chain and procurement processes. Requirements • Proven experience in a Sourcing Specialist or similar role

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Demonstrated ability to handle materials and supervise teams

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with onboarding and staff management

• Knowledge of negotiation principles and procurement procedures

• Familiarity with engineering principles and supply chain management

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make forecasts

• Proven leadership skills with a focus on progress and execution

• Ability to plan and organize tasks efficiently

• Understanding and adherence to company policies

• Ability to effectively manage and build relationships with suppliers.
