Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in Juno Beach, Florida. This role primarily involves conducting complex operational analyses and leading medium to large project teams. The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting informed decision making within the business unit by providing insightful data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth operational analyses to support decision-making processes.

• Lead medium to large project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely completion of tasks.

• Review and approve findings to be presented to senior management, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

• Conduct statistical analyses to provide data-driven insights.

• Coordinate with other business units on various initiatives to ensure alignment and efficiency.

• Mentor and guide lower level analysts, fostering a supportive and learning environment.

• Utilize analytical tools including Power BI development, Python coding, Excel, SQL, SOQL, Jira, and others to conduct data analysis.

• Maintain data integrity and governance, ensuring clean data flow between systems.

• Develop and implement advanced algorithms to analyze data quickly using multiple tools and strategies.

• Design governance and master data management strategies to ensure data cleanliness.

• Serve as a critical member of the data integrity team within the digital solutions group.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, and JIRA

• Proven experience in business analysis or a related field

• Demonstrated ability in data analysis, design, and analytics

• Proficient in coding and algorithm implementation

• Solid understanding of management principles, procedures, and onboarding processes

• Expertise in workstation support, staffing, and handling suppliers

• Proven ability to perform validation plans and maintain data integrity

• Excellent decision-making skills and business unit knowledge

• Experience in handling expense accounts and commission functions

• Ability to provide onsite support when necessary

• Demonstrated ability in conductivity and proficiency in relevant areas
