Job Title: Administrative Specialist I
Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Specialist I with strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written. The role involves preparing and mailing letters, answering phones and emails, ordering team supplies, reviewing accounting reports, and updating landowner and payee information.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners and payees, acting as the primary point of contact.
Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to land agreements, payments, and project operations.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in landowner-related transactions.
Work closely with the Landowner Relations team and other internal departments to coordinate efforts and share information.
Support cross-functional initiatives that impact landowner relationships.
Prepare, complete, and mail letters and other communications to landowners.
Answer phone calls and emails from landowners and payees, providing accurate information and assistance.
Order and manage team supplies as needed.
Review and resolve accounting reports related to landowner payments and agreements.
Update and maintain accurate records of landowner and payee information in the company's databases.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with various internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
Work Environment
Monday to Friday, onsite from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00
