What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. During this 3-month program (May 2025 - July 2025), you will have the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary Human Resources’ team. As an intern, you will have the chance to develop and implement improvement projects within the Amgen Manufacturing Limited manufacturing processes.
Talent Acquisition:
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, university partnerships).
Support recruiters in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach.
Contribute to building talent pipelines for future roles and maintaining a candidate database.
Early Career Programs:
Acquire knowledge and experience in Early Career Development Programs (University Relations and FUEL programs).
Collaborate in the writing, administration, and editing of documents for the University Relations and FUEL programs.
Support and coordinate summer activities.
Collaborate with internal business partners.
Perform general transactions as necessary.
Provide support for general HR administrative matters as necessary.
Supports projects, program strategies and other HR initiatives as necessary.

Basic Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program at an accredited college or university with a minimum 3.00 GPA.
Pursuing or have completed at least 3 years of study in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology.
Availability to complete the assignment from May 2025 to July 2025.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to research, collect and analyze data.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Enthusiastic about learning new concepts and work processes.
Excellent presentation, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to meet key milestones and deliver high-quality results.
