JOB SUMMARY

This position will report to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for providing provide high level admin support to the Plant Manager and members of the leadership team. The role requires collaboration and positive engagement with various groups of individuals while always maintaining confidentiality. Proficiency in MS tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Oracle is preferred for this role.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to interact professionally with customers, management, peers, and business unit personnel across the company.

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, confidentiality and discretion while completing tasks with minimal direction.

  • Perform timekeeping duties by entering employee time via a timekeeping application.

  • Process expenses and purchase card transactions.

  • Maintain compliance surrounding timekeeping and purchase card administration.

  • Manage and maintain confidential files and information.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls & related coordination (i.e. equipment for presentations, agenda, minutes, handouts, reservations, refreshments, etc.)

  • Maintain office supply inventory and order as necessary.

  • Coordinate special projects.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Job Experience and Education:

  • College experience or degree (AS or BS) would be preferred.

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

  • The use of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint are highly preferred for this role.

  • Must have previous experience with administrative responsibilities including deadline driven tasks.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a challenging environment with multiple or changing priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Must be able to work efficiently with minimum supervision.

  • The ability to work well with all levels of employees and management is required.

  • Proven trustworthiness in maintaining sensitive/confidential information is essential.
