Teradyne Logistics Analyst in Jubei City, Taiwan

Opportunity Overview

  1. Field service on site spares parts management, include physically inventorying periodically, parts transaction records update to the system, daily report sending to the team internally. Shipments receiving and shipping.

  2. Create parts order per the request

  3. Follow up and work with customer about the parts ship in and ship out documents, team work with customer and global parts center to optimize the ship in and ship out process.

  4. Parts safety stock planning, orders follow up and status update.

  5. Team-work with field service engineers to identify the usage and part number to be corrected recorded.

  6. On sites warehouse 5s, Support custom yearly PI in terms of TER parts associated.

  7. Applying the work permit or badge for the travelers

  8. Assist the field service team to fulfill customer requirements.

  9. Local purchasing PR/PRO create in Oracle and follow up the approval.

  10. Able to work in Customer factory if needed.

    All About You

  • College degree with background of engineering, mechanism or electronic

  • 2 Years experiences in industry or electronic factory admin

  • Familiar with the custom inbound or outbound declare process

  • Good at both verbal and writing in English.

  • Familiar with MS Excel

  • Positive work attitude and can work under pressure.
