Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor.

What you’ll do:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Supervise warehouse team to manage material in the most efficient way, receiving on time, stocking properly and supplying to production area in the most effective way.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and operation data to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.

• Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities.

• Confer with management and engineering associates to implement plans and recommendations.

• Coordinate industrial engineering projects.

• Develop facility layouts to establish material flow.

• Develop management systems for cost analysis.

• Direct and participate in special projects as needed.

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Responsible for Cycle Counts schedule.

• Inventory control in WIP and Warehouse. #LI-DG2

Qualifications:

• 70% Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.

• Professional in Engineering, Business or similar degree desired

• Experience in Microsoft Office

• Minimun 3 years of experience as a warehouse lead.

• Experience in CPTAP, border crossing, Customs regulation US/MX and warehousing desired

• Experience in traffic and logistics with border crossing, route design, 3 PL, warehousing and shipping desired

• Knowledge ERP system, Mapics and Mapics Browser, SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, WISPER (PPAP, inspection), MP2, AS400 system.

• Training on Kanban, MRP programs.

• Previous experience within a Manufacturing environment (Desirable)

• Apoyo para mantener el S.A.A. ara el cuidado del medio ambiente y dar cumplimiento a los requerimientos que apliquen.

• Llevar a cabo las actividades relacionadas a EHS que le correspondan.

• Reportar cualquier condición de riesgo/insegura que detecte al equipo de EHS o su supervisor para seguimiento.

• Conocer los aspectos ambientales e impactos de su actividad y aplicar los controles operacionales aplicables a su puesto (Separar y depositar en los contenedores que corresponda los residuos de basura común, papel, reciclable, botes de aluminio, cartuchos vacíos de toner y tinta.

• Conocer y asegurar que el personal a su cargo aplique los controles operacionales que apliquen a sus áreas.

• Completar los entrenamientos que le sean asignados.
