The Analyst role will support the supply chain team in areas of logistics management, inventory control and reconciliation, cross-border compliance, documentation management, and lean problem solving to achieve cost savings.

Responsabilidades

  • Inventory Control : Confirm all shipments scheduled for delivery have a corresponding advanced shipment notification (ASN) in the ERP system. The Supply Chain Analyst will verify ASNs are available and troubleshoot any missing ASNs. The Analyst will perform daily reconciliation of inventory lot status discrepancies between the ERP and WMS and work with partners to resolve disconnects. The Analyst will also review any OS&Ds reports and identify corrective actions.

  • Compliance : Cordis manufactures and globally distributes highly regulated medical devices such that compliance is key to our patient safety and critical to Cordis. The Analyst will track all cross-border shipments and ensure they have been released by multiple governmental agencies before shipping the product to the sterilizers and final distribution center(s).

  • Logistics : Support of cross-border material movement including South bound raw materials and equipment and Northbound pre-sterile finished goods. Coordinate with Cordis transportation and the cross-dock to arrange for shipping from Cordis’ warehouse and manufacturing sites to sterilizers and final distribution center(s). Track and trace shipments to ensure on time delivery.

  • Documentation : The Analyst will use multiple third-party websites and applications to record process steps including FDA release, customs clearance, sterilization release, etc.

Calificaciones

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline (Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business), Associates degree plus 2-yrs experience, or equivalent years of work experience

  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably JD Edwards) and inventory management

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work on a fast-paced environment

  • Commitment to quality results and attention to detail
