Our client, a leading Toy distribution center, is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join their team. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be part of the transportation department supporting the distribution center. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Transportation Assistant

Location: Jonestown, PA

Pay Range: $20/hr

Scheduled : Monday- Friday- 11am-7pm

What's the Job?

• Submits and prepares shipping loads using internal and external systems

• Assigns trailers for shipments

• Prints Shipping documents required

• Provides proper paperwork to driver upon arrival

• Communicates to driver for live load instructions/Prints out pick up sheets for loading

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Able to collaborate with management, staff, customers, vendors, and corporate partners.

• Able to effectively communicate verbally with management, staff, customers, vendors, and corporate partners.

• Able to write correspondences

• Able to read and interpret technical procedures, documents such as shipping documents, bills of lading, reports, inventory documents
