The Interactive Teller will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience, through accurate, professional and exceptional service. The primary function will be conducting banking transactionsthrough the use of video and telecommunication equipment, specifically Interactive Teller Machines. The employee should have knowledge of all retail products and service while having a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Verifies receipt and payouts on cash transactions, handles negotiable items, loan payments, deposits, withdrawals and transfers. This duty is performed daily.\ 2. Sets up, closes and balances teller station via interactive teller machine (ITM). This includes running and submitting system reports. This duty is performed daily.\ 3. Assists customers with inquires via the video function of the ITM. This duty is performed daily.\ 4. Cross sells bank products and services. This duty is performed daily.\ 5. Follows limits established for protection of customer accounts and bank safety and soundness. This duty is performed daily.\ 6. Adheres to bank policies and procedures. This duty is performed daily.\ 7. Scans bank documents. This duty is performed as needed.\ 8. Exercises sound judgement when applying holds and making check cashing decisions. This duty is performed daily.\ 9. Assists other interactive tellers with decision making within their authority limits. This duty is performed daily.\ 10. Adheres to work schedule.Must be flexible in availability for work schedule. This duty is performed daily.\ 11. Maintains positive, friendly and professional attitude and appearance. This duty is performed daily.\ 12. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. This duty is performed daily.\ 13. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned.\ 14. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Mental alertness and adaptability to office and field area work routines. Equivalent to four years high school or GED, withparticular emphasisduring high school in office skills, shop skills, or others, plus 19 to 23 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients,general publicand other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers. Ability to perform these mathematical skills using money and other forms of measurement.

CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS

Ability to use common sense understandingin order tocarry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few known variables in situations of a routine nature.
