Position Summary:

The Administrative Analyst is responsible for conducting special research studies, analyzing data, preparing statistics, making recommendations based on research findings, and monitoring and coordinating project/program activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update inventory databases and systems for Audio/Visual and Telecom equipment.

  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels for ongoing projects and operational needs.

  • Conduct regular audits to verify accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to replenish stock and fulfill project requirements.

  • Manage inventory transactions, including receiving, issuing, and returning equipment and materials.

  • Work closely with project managers and technicians to coordinate equipment allocations and ensure timely delivery to project sites.

  • Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize shrinkage.

  • Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to reconcile inventory records and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

  • Provide regular reports and updates on inventory status, usage trends, and upcoming needs to management.

  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Ability to organize

General Days/Hours:

Monday - Friday

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications:

The formal education of a earned Bachelor's Degree

Other job related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the qualifications review committee
