Test Manufacturing Lead Engineer – Drive Innovation and Test Excellence
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manufacturing Lead Engineer to lead the development and optimization of test strategies, systems, and processes for advanced manufacturing. Detailed Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Develop and implement test strategies, processes, and setups, including designing and qualifying test fixtures, equipment, and software.
Drive and validate test requirements, specifications, and limits for New Product Introduction (NPI).
Investigate and troubleshoot yield issues to ensure seamless production.
Provide training and mentorship to Test Technicians, fostering skill development.
Create test station procedures, preventative maintenance plans, and troubleshooting guides.
Explore and integrate new manufacturing test technologies to improve production efficiency.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with 6–8 years of experience in manufacturing test engineering.
Proficiency in Visual Basic and experience developing manufacturing test strategies for new products.
Strong knowledge of Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) methodologies.
Expertise in troubleshooting electromechanical systems and root cause analysis.
Familiarity with sensor applications, DC circuits, and engineering drawings.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and build cross-functional relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
